Arenpi is a subscription based online marketplace that allows designers to sell their digital files of 3D Printable miniatures. The system lets 3D designers to release their 3D digital files (STL files) for User of Arenpi on a monthly basis.
You agree to provide true and complete information relating to your Arenpi designer account.
You agree not to request or allow another person to create an Account on your behalf, for your use, or for your benefit, except that an authorized employee or agent may create an Account on behalf of your business

Creating and uploading content
As a member of Arenpi, you have the opportunity to create and upload a variety of content, like 3D Models, Messages, text, photos, and videos. You solely responsible for all content that you post, including 3D Models in any format, messages, text, photos, and videos answers and comments ("Content" ).
In order to keep our community safe and respectful, you agree that you will not:
1. Upload Content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise in violation of our Anti-Discrimination Policy;
2. Upload Content that is Obscene or vulgar;
3. Upload Content in violation of someone else’s privacy or intellectual property rights;
4. Engage in any activity that would require us to obtain licenses from or pay royalties to any third party;
5. Upload Content that is False, deceptive, or misleading.
6. Interfere with or otherwise prevent other instructors from providing their services or content; or
You also warrant that:
You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, permissions, and authority to authorize Arenpi to use your Content as specified in these Terms and the Terms of Use;
2.3. Rights of Arenpi
Arenpi has the right to refuse to accept or to remove Content from the Arenpi Websites for any reason. Arenpi will remove Content if Arenpi believes that such Content may (in Arenpi’s sole discretion) subject Arenpi or any of its officers, managers, directors or employees to legal action or if the Content violates this agreement.
By submitting any Content to Arenpi You keep full ownership of all your creations and you grant to Arenpi the rights detailed in the Terms of Use to offer, market, and otherwise exploit your Content.
As it is described in the Terms of Use, You grant Arenpi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, right to copy, use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of Your Content for the purpose of allowing you to edit and display Your Content using the Site and archiving.
Except as otherwise agreed, Arenpi’ right to sublicense the rights in this section will terminate with respect to new Users 60 days after the Content's removal, however:
Rights given to Users before the Content's removal will continue in accordance with the terms of those licenses (including any grants of lifetime access on Arenpi’s platform)
Arenpi is a marketplace that solely focus on 3D Printable miniatures. In order to give Users of Arenpi unique experience , only certain type of 3D Models are allowed. By uploading 3D Models to our system, You agree that:
1. You will upload and release 3D printable miniature or related files which are STL format and/or Gcode format;
2. Arenpi has right to disapprove 3D Models and related content You will upload before you release for Users.
5.1. Revenue Share
When Users purchase any of our subscription plan, we calculate the total monthly subscription fees paid to Arenpi and collect all the payments on behalf of Designers for the purpose of paying you a royalty for each unique unlock of Content. %90 of these payments (“Designer Revenue Pool”) will be allocated to designers and %10 percent will be spared to Arenpi for transactional fees and in return of its Services.
Arenpi will also subtract any applicable transaction taxes and any taxes, cancellations, foreign exchange fees, and third-party fees, from the monthly Gross Amount paid to Arenpi while calculating Designer Revenue Pool.
Each month, Arenpi will calculate total number of all unlocks by Users on Arenpi site (“Total Unlocks”) and number of unlocks which are attributable to your content. ( “Designer unlocks” )After this calculation, we will calculate the royalty that will be paid to you by dividing Designer Unlocks by Total Unlocks , and multiplying this result by Designer Revenue Pool.
5.2. Receiving Payments
Monthly royalty payments and associated statements for the previous month's unlocks will be provided on or around the 15th of each month. Payments are made automatically and do not require a request.
You must have a PayPal or US bank account in good standing (only applicable for US residents) and keep us updated of the right email linked with your account.
You may not share your online payment processing service account with another Arenpi designer.
As a designer, you must determine whether you are entitled to be paid by a corporation based in the United States. In the event of fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, or other legal infractions, we have the right to refuse to pay out funds.
5.3. Taxes
You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for any taxes on your income.
You must also submit any relevant identifying information or tax documents (W-9 or W-8) for payment of amounts due, and you agree that we have the right to deduct appropriate taxes from your payments. If you do not provide us with sufficient identifying information or tax papers, we reserve the right to withhold payments or apply other penalties.
5.4. Refunds
You accept and agree that, as stated in the Terms of Use, User may be entitled to a refund in certain circumstances.
Designers will not be paid for transactions for which a refund has been issued under the Terms of Use.
If a student requests a refund after we have paid the relevant Designer payment, we reserve the right to deduct the refund refund amount from Designer’s next payment.
You agree that any messages or comments on Arenpi may not be used for the following activities:
1. Sending unsolicited advertising or promotions, requests for donations, or spam;
2. Harassing or abusing another member;
3. Contacting someone after they have explicitly asked you not to; or
4. Interfering with a transaction or the business of another member.
You also agree :
1. To indemnify Arenpi against any claims arising from your use of User’s data.
1. Not to collect or store any additional personal information about students outside of the Arenpi’s platform
You can delete your account from your account settings. You acknowledge that if Subscribers have already unlocked your Content, your name and Content may be accessible to those Subscribers after your account has been removed. As also stated in section 3, rights given to Users before the Content's removal will continue in accordance with the terms of those licenses (including any grants of lifetime access on Arenpi’s platform)
You acknowledge that Arenpi maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms at any moment. If we believe that the changes are material, we’ll let you know by posting the changes through the Services and/or sending you an email or message about the changes.
There is no relationship of partnership, joint venture, contractor, employment, franchise or agency connection created hereby between the parties.
The following sections shall survive the expiration or termination of these Terms: Sections 3 (License to Arenpi), 5.2 (Receiving Payments), 5.4 (Refunds), 6 (Relationship to Other Users), 7 (Deleting Your Account), 8 (Changes to the Terms), 9(Relationship between us), 10(Survival)
